YOUR People

There are PEOPLE that make life better just by showing up.  Take some time today and identify your people that make your life better and re-connect with them. These are the people that JUST GET YOU.   They take the time to listen, build you up, share your experiences, attend to you in a time of need,  show up in your thoughts and bring a smile to your face.  

STOP giving personal energy to anyone that is not one of your people.   You can work, be pleasant, cooperative and get things done without depleting your energy if you are careful who you let into your circle.   The energy that you spend talking about negatives, fixing other people's problems, or gossiping about what is right and wrong with the world is the same energy that could be used to make your world so much better.   If you find yourself depleted, don't blame another ~ look at what/who you are spending your time/ energy on.   Shift your focus to AMAZING!
