Cranky

Lately, I have had several days that I have felt “off” and I had to go to the paper to figure it out. “Going to the paper” is something I teach everyday when I am helping others learn to manage their emotional or behavioral responses. So, there I was mapping out what was going on in my head when it dawned on me that I was carrying someone else’s 💩. Ugh! I was so upset because I had made a decision several months ago to not let this person anywhere near me, my practice or anyone I cared about. And then, there she was working her 👿. Why did that happen? It happened because I have the courage and ability to help others not get run over and two little girls needed me. The reason there were several days of cranky is … I hadn’t done the work yet and it was spilling over into other areas of my life. So, to keep the 👿 away, do the work when you first realize someone’s 💩 is getting on you.
