The Wellness Continuum

Your wellness continuum is a line going forever in both directions. One direction is 100% good and the other direction is 100% bad. You can identify your position on the continuum - you will most likely position yourself closer to the 100% bad if you are feeling down, depressed, agitated, angry, etc. The goal is obviously to move towards the good side. You do this by making small steps. It took you years to feel as bad as you do now so it won't be overnight. Don't give up! You should use the RESTRUCTURING blog to help your movement. Remember, using the information shared in the daily blogs will move you closer if consistently applied.

Remember, you are looking for movement towards good. You will never be 100% good because no one is. You are looking for functioning in between OK and good. It may even fall below OK but the trick is to recover quickly. Using restructuring, positive self talk and circle of control will change things for you.

Remember failures increase your insight and resilience.
