Your energy can and WILL make the difference for others. The feelings that you have inside of you sneak out and latch onto others. Have you ever been around someone that gave you hope just by being present? It is so important to get right with yourself so you can share good energy with others.

• If you want to share kindness - you have to have what your soul needs.

Everyone has the capacity for hope, joy, kindness, love and understanding and changing the world starts with YOU! Be the change you wish to see.

I have a client that begins laughing every time she sees me. I go to the waiting area to get her for session and peak around the corner with a straight face and SHE SMILES! Then, I smile.
